I just love the arty, elegant interior of Gins Barn. It’s so inviting with its high beamed ceilings, muted colour palate and faded grandeur.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the amazing flowers with the oars (I think we’ll be borrowing that idea for The Boat Shed!) and can we take a minute to appreciate the chickens who put in an appearance please?
It’s always really amazing to have a video for blog posts too. It shows the things that you don’t get in still photography; the way the dress moves, the gentle lap of the water, and the relaxing music sets the scene for peace and tranquillity.
“With such an idyllic setting at Gins Barn, located on the Beaulieu River in the New Forest, I wanted to create a romantic ‘Notebook’ feel for the shoot, particularly as it was on the river’s edge. Although we didn’t have a rowing boat, we put our own twist on it by creating a ceremony arch out of oars across the pontoon.” – Tasha Mae, Wedding Coordinator.
