
Cocktail Recipe – Alis’s Elderflower Frost
This cocktail recipe is from our archives, we were pleased to feature it in one of our print issues. It’s adapted by Alis at our favourite boutique hotel, Hotel Pelirocco in Brighton. Their cocktail bar is almost like a museum of quirk. Funky wallpaper, eclectic furniture, ever changing art installations and cool events aplenty.

Ingredients:
50ml measure of London’s No 3Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml elderflower cordial
50ml apple juice
A sprinkle of mint leaves.
We suggest you multipy accordingly and serve from giant Kilner dispensers.
