Over to Beth from The Barn at Avington to tell us about the inspiration for this vibrant, arty shoot…
This shoot was inspired by the dress, spotted on the graduate fashion week catwalk. Designer Hope Macaulay is an incredible young designer who creates clothes that are a work of art.
From the dress to the giant pom-poms, this shoot, photographed by the amazing Angela Ward Brown, encourages couples to embrace colour and creativity. The pom-poms were made by art graduate Mad Lemon Illustrations.
Beth A Weddings encourages couples to seek out new talent, they bring an abundance of new ideas and are not restricted by years of doing things in a particular way. Weddings are changing. Dresses don’t need to be white. Elopements can be a beautiful way of celebrating your love for one another. Your wedding breakfast can be a delicious picnic and you can rock the worlds biggest flower crown like this one by the amazing Rabbit and the Rose.
For the video, Loved up Films played with light and shape to create something totally cool.
