I met Tim King at Most Curious Wedding Fair in London this year. I loved his quirky offering, and his story. He told me the wedding business was a happy accident. He was doing a personal project, an illustration every day, and it just so happened he was going to rather a lot of weddings at the time!
I think, alongside photography, this is such a brilliant was to capture the atmosphere and emotions of a wedding day.

Capture Your Wedding Story with Reportage Illustration.
Tim King is an award-winning reportage illustrator. His project ‘Drawn on Real Life’ was featured widely in the media including The Metro, The Evening Standard and Timeout.
What is Reportage Illustration?
It’s all about visual storytelling. Working a bit like a journalist, a reportage illustrator discovers and records ever-changing stories as they happen.
Reportage illustration captures what your day feels like, in an alternative, quirky way. Through the eyes of an artist.
How Does it Work?
Tim can document the entire day from bridal prep to dancefloor madness. The original artworks are yours to keep, plus you’ll get hi-res digital copies to share with your guests.
On average, the story of a wedding can be captured in 14 images. Discuss with Tim your preferred image sizes, colour schemes, special moments to focus on, and how you’d like the artworks presented.
